Our idea of sustainable production is multifaceted. We can confidently support brands that have sustainability at the core of their brand with materials that include and are not limited to natural fibers like tencel, organic cotton, viscose etc., recycled and recycable materials when it comes to fabrics and also trims.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
We ensure Design Briefs, Tech-sheets and BOMs reach producers with clarity. Brands can rely on us for effective communication through all steps of Product Development so collections come to life exactly how creative teams envisioned them

PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT
This is the phase where design ideas take shape. We create the first sample on the chosen material, focusing on accurate design execution and perfect fit. This is also the time to run Lab Dips to finalize color selection

BULK PRODUCTION
Once samples are approved and brand guidelines are shared with the manufacturers, Bulk Production kicks off. Your collection is now one step closer to your customers' hands

DELIVERY
At the final stage before your collection arrives, we manage all FOB shipment documentation and compliance requirements, facilitating a seamless handover to your chosen carrier

MATERIAL SOURCING
From fabrics to trims, from accessories to printing, and from brand logos to hang tags, we provide a wide range of suppliers and options each carefully selected to support the development of your collection and brand identity

SAMPLE CREATION
All the pieces of the puzzle are ready and now we can put them together. We aim for great results on the first round of samples to reduce lead-times and waste. Multiple rounds of samples is possible if adjustments are needed
